Läria Special Education & Training AB is an education and competence development organization specializing in special education and inclusive learning. The organization's activities include continuing professional development, pedagogical training programs, and special education interventions in areas such as mathematics difficulties (including dyscalculia), neuropsychiatric conditions, and inclusive teaching.
The organization operates in collaboration with schools, municipalities, and other educational providers, delivering services on commission. The work encompasses training courses, workshops, webinars, coaching, assessment of student needs, and development of pedagogical strategies.

Läria Special Education & Training AB is run by Ayaz Razmjooei, a qualified teacher and special education teacher in mathematics with over 22 years of experience in teaching and special education work.
Ayaz specializes in mathematics didactics and mathematics difficulties and has extensive experience working with students in need of special support in primary school, secondary school, and adult education. His work is characterized by structured teaching, clear pedagogical models, and a strong focus on developing students' learning and improving their achievement based on their individual circumstances.
Beyond teaching, he has extensive experience in counseling, coaching, and competence development for teachers and teaching teams. Through lectures and webinars, he supports schools in addressing mathematics difficulties and NPD (ADHD and autism), with a focus on practical strategies that can be applied directly in teaching.
Through his work, Ayaz has been recognized with several scholarships and awards for pedagogical development and teaching initiatives, which underscores his documented ability to develop teaching and strengthen student learning.

• Mathematics instruction at primary, upper secondary, and adult education levels, commissioned by schools or other education providers
• Teaching in the Child and Recreation Programme (Swedish upper secondary vocational programme), commissioned by education providers
• Mother tongue instruction and study guidance in Persian, in collaboration with schools and school authorities
